Hour Employees. The regular work schedule shall be 40 hours based on a 52 week year (2,080 hours annually). a) The regular hourly rate of pay shall be the monthly rate divided by 173.3. b) Days of the week and hours of the day may be changed by the Fire Chief with a minimum two weeks’ notice.   • Modified Work Week/Extended Hour Employees in a benefit status of at least plus thirty (+30) shall receive a pro-ration of seven and one-half (7.5) hours of holiday pay based on their FTE at straight time, plus at the Employee’s option shall be paid either: (a) two (2) times the hourly rate of pay for the hours worked on that day; or (b) straight time for the hours worked on that day plus the same number of hours worked on that day credited to his/her vacation account.

  • Hour Employees: The date of the actual recognized holiday shall be considered as the observed holiday.

  • Forty Hour Employees: The following is a vacation accrual schedule which shall be implemented for forty (40) hour employees covered by this Agreement: Employees will accrue vacation days according to the following schedule, minus any vacation days previously borrowed.

  • This Section applies to all Full-Time employees and Reduced Hour Employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week as set forth on their Personnel Action Form.

  • This period of time is used by the Employer to determine if Variable Hour Employees and/or Ongoing Employees are eligible for coverage and, if so, to make an offer of coverage.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.

  • Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Hired Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(a).

  • Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.

  • Other Employees means, all the employees other than the Directors, KMPs and the Senior Management Personnel.

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.

  • Business Employee means any individual employed by Seller in or in connection with the Business.

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or an employee of a Subsidiary of the Company, if any.

  • Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.

It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA.
