ICQ Client definition

ICQ Client means the client software, device or functionality (e.g. browser technology) developed and distributed by ICQ or an Affiliate of ICQ that enables end users to access and use the ICQ Service.
ICQ Client means the client software developed and distributed by ICQ that enables ICQ Users to access and use the ICQ Service, and any Updates thereto.

  • ICQ shall launch (i.e., make generally commercially available) such 2000a ICQ Client and version of the ICQ Service no later than **** provided, however, that in the event -------- ------- that ICQ shall not have launched the 2000a Client and related version of the ICQ Service by **** (as N2P's sole and exclusive remedy hereunder), the Initial Term shall be extended by one day for each day beyond **** that ICQ fails to launch the 2000a ICQ Client and related version of the ICQ Service.

  • ICQ owns all right, title and interest in and to the advertising and promotional spaces within the ICQ Mail Service, the ICQ Mail Website and the ICQ Client and has the sole authority to market and sell such advertising inventory; provided that ICQ agrees that it will not include any advertisements or sell any advertising inventory on the ICQ Mail Service or the ICQ Mail Website for or to CP Competitors.

  • Prior to (i) the launch of the PTP Calling Card Service and (ii) the launch of the 2000a ICQ Client, N2P may issue an additional press release, with terms to be mutually agreed by the Parties in advance.

  • ICQ shall distribute ---------------------------------- the ICQ IP Telephony Services and the ICQ IP Telephony Software, provided that ICQ shall determine in its reasonable discretion (upon consultation with N2P) the manner in which such distribution occurs (e.g., through the bundling with the ICQ Client of the ICQ-customized N2P IP Telephony Software, through a "plug-in" of such software, etc.).

  • Also, during the Transition Period, CP shall provide ICQ with reasonable assistance in developing a new version of the ICQ Client that is not integrated with (and does not contain) any portion of the ICQ Mail Software and shall otherwise reasonably assist ICQ, as appropriate or necessary, to migrate or transition the email services provided in connection with the ICQ Service to another provider.

Related to ICQ Client

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

  • Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;

  • Potential Client means any person or entity to whom the Company has offered (by means of a personal meeting, telephone call, or a letter or written proposal specifically directed to the particular person or entity) to serve as investment adviser or to provide or distribute insurance products but which is not at such time an advisee, investment advisory or insurance customer, distributor or client of the Group or any person or entity for which a plan exists to make such an offer; persons or entities solicited or to be solicited solely by non-personalized form letters and blanket mailings are excluded from this definition;

  • Prospective Client means any person or entity to which the Corporation, or any of its Subsidiaries, provided, or from which the Corporation, or any of its Subsidiaries received, a proposal, bid, or written inquiry (general advertising or promotional materials and mass mailings excepted) and with which the Participant had contact, or about which the Participant had access to Confidential Information, during the last twelve (12) months of his or her employment.

  • Client means the Project lead of technical wing of the Purchaser for whose’ particular project the Goods / Services have been procured or any other person, duly appointed in writing, by the Client, for the time being or from time to time, to act as Client for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • Restricted Client means any person, firm, corporation or other organization to whom the Participant directly or indirectly performed or assisted in performing Relevant Services, or with which the Participant otherwise had material contact, or about which the Participant learned Confidential Information or Trade Secrets, within the twenty-four months prior to the date on which the Participant’s employment with the Constituent Companies terminated.
