ICQ Client definition

ICQ Client means the client software, device or functionality (e.g. browser technology) developed and distributed by ICQ or an Affiliate of ICQ that enables end users to access and use the ICQ Service.
ICQ Client means the client software developed and distributed by ICQ that enables ICQ Users to access and use the ICQ Service, and any Updates thereto.
