Implementation Fee definition

Implementation Fee means the total Training Fees, PM Bridge Fees and Set-up Fees listed, on the Effective Date, on Schedule “A” to the License Agreement.

More Definitions of Implementation Fee

Implementation Fee means the implementation fee set out in the Order Form for the implementation of the Services.
