IMS Software definition

IMS Software means “Enterprise View” software supplied to the Seller’s Group by IMS as a service;
IMS Software means the IMS Device Framework together with the applicable Reference Client.
IMS Software includes the executable computer programs and any related printed, electronic and online documentation and any other files that may accompany the product.

  • Under this Agreement the Vendor grants to the Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable license (the "License") to use the Intuitive Municipal Solutions Software Suite (the "IMS Software").

Related to IMS Software

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.
