Indirect Reseller definition

Indirect Reseller means a Channel Partner who buys Products from an Authorized Distributor for purpose of resale to an End User.
Indirect Reseller are defined in Section 2.1.
Indirect Reseller means a company or other legal entity located in the Territory that is authorized by Distributor or Microsoft to further onward distribute Products to a Reseller or a Qualified Customer also located in the Territory.

More Definitions of Indirect Reseller

Indirect Reseller means a legal entity (other than an Affiliate of Distributor) within the Territory (i) that has accepted and complies with this Channel Authorization and (ii) that has agreed to purchase Products from Distributor for resale to Customers in accordance with the Distribution Agreement.
Indirect Reseller means any Reseller, or other legal entity, that Company uses to facilitate the resell of Products to Customers, as may be permitted by the Agreement.
Indirect Reseller means You or your remarketer.
Indirect Reseller or “Reseller” means an entity (other than Company’s Affiliate(s)) within the Territory that purchases Products from Company for resale to Customers. Entities to which the rights to Products are not transferred at any point in the sales process, including, but not limited to, software advisors and other Subcontractors, are not Indirect Resellers.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Users means those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with the Master Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Cloud Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of the Master Agreement and Your order.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Networking means NSCC’s system that allows mutual funds and life insurance companies to exchange account level information electronically; and “Settling Bank” shall mean the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC’s then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • Channel Partner means Licensor’s Affiliates or persons or other business entities that are authorized by Licensor to distribute, support, or both distribute and support Program(s). Any Customer Support obligations of Licensor under this Agreement may be delegated to a Channel Partner at Licensor’s discretion.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Customer Content means custom code, text, images, audio, video, data, media content, features, databases, information, programs, files and other content created, generated, uploaded, stored, transmitted or otherwise used by the Customer or an End User in or through the Customer Applications or in connection with the Services.

  • Alarm user means the person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or organization of any kind in control of any building, structure, or facility or portion thereof wherein an alarm system is maintained.

  • User means a person, department or other administrative unit of the City authorized by the Contract Administrator to order Work under this Contract;
