Individual Coverage definition

Individual Coverage. The School District shall contribute an annual sum not to exceed $ $8,950 toward the premium for individual coverage for the 2024- 2025 year and not to exceed $9,450 for the 2025-2026 year for each regular employee employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in the School District group health and hospitalization plan. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.
Individual Coverage means insurance coverage other than coverage from the group program which meets the requirements of the commission;
Individual Coverage means coverage under the City provided CALPERS health plan for the disabled Eligible Employee or the surviving spouse of a disabled Eligible Employee.
