Individual indirect discharge permit definition

Individual indirect discharge permit means an authorization to discharge issued by the director to a significant industrial user or non-significant categorical industrial user specifying the terms and conditions of discharge. These terms and conditions may include, but are not limited to, effluent limits, monitoring requirements, pretreatment requirements, and requirements for BMPs, pollution prevention plans and any other elements as deemed necessary by the director.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit or “NPDES” means a permit issued by the MPCA as required by federal law for the purpose of regulating the discharge of pollutants from point sources into waters of the United States from concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) as defined by federal law

  • Indirect discharger means a non-domestic discharger introducing pollutants into a publicly owned treatment and disposal system.

  • Discharge plan means the written plan that establishes the criteria for an individual's discharge from a service and identifies and coordinates delivery of any services needed after discharge.

  • Discharge (of a pollutant) means any addition of any pollutant or combination of pollutants to waters of the United States from any point source; or any addition of any pollutant or combination of pollutants to the waters of the contiguous zone or ocean from any point source other than a vessel or other floating craft which is being used as a means of transportation.

  • Construction permit is defined in Section 4.

  • Hazardous Discharge shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(d) hereof.

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • PAL permit means the major NSR permit, the minor NSR permit, or the State operating permit under a pro- gram that is approved into the State Implementation Plan, or the title V permit issued by the Administrator that establishes a PAL for a major sta- tionary source or a GHG-only source.

  • Administrative permit amendment means an air quality operating permit revision that:

  • General air quality operating permit or "general permit" means an air quality operating permit that meets the requirements of ARM 17.8.1222, covers multiple sources in a source category, and is issued in lieu of individual permits being issued to each source.

  • Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

  • Temporary beer event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 4, Temporary Beer Event Permit.

  • Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;
