Initial Assets means the certain wind and hydroelectric power generation assets held by Western Sustainable Power and CHD indirectly acquired by the Company pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt Initial Assets shall not include any Credit Support Assets or any other securities, cash or other assets or property transferred or delivered to the Issuer pursuant to the CSA.
Initial Assets means the assets which meet the Investment Objective of the Fund and which are acquired from the proceeds of subscriptions to establish the Fund;
