Initial Construction Costs definition

Initial Construction Costs has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.1(d), below.
Initial Construction Costs means the costs expended to design, develop and construct the Rangers Ballpark through its initial occupancy.
Initial Construction Costs means the costs expended to design, develop and construct the Ballpark through initial occupancy.

  • To the extent that Initial Construction Costs cannot be directly assigned to Sunrise, Equitrans or its Designee may incur such costs and Sunrise shall fully reimburse Equitrans or its Designee for any expenses so incurred, as set forth more fully in the Construction Management Agreement included in this Lease Agreement as Attachment B.

More Definitions of Initial Construction Costs

Initial Construction Costs means all costs incurred and amounts payable by the Interconnection Customer under the CLGIA in connection with the initial design, engineering and construction of the Interconnection Facilities, the Network Upgrades and the Distribution Upgrades (if any), but excludes any costs incurred or payable following and not related to such initial design engineering and construction (including any costs for the subsequent repair, replacement or maintenance of such facilities and upgrades).
