Initial Formation. When there is a meeting where Members vote to amend the WECC bylaws to provide for a Member Advisory Committee (MAC), the MAC will initially be constituted through elections conducted in conjunction with the same meeting.

The Evaluation Subcommittee will be initially formed with two (2) tenured faculty members and the xxxx by the twentieth (20th) instructional day of the candidate’s first (1st) quarter. A tenured faculty member will be elected from a list of volunteers, including those from outside the Division, by vote of the tenured faculty in the Division. A second member of the Evaluation Subcommittee will be appointed from the same list of volunteers by agreement of the elected Subcommittee member and the Xxxx. The appointment shall ensure that the Subcommittee has faculty representation from inside and outside the candidate’s division by the twentieth (20th) instructional day. Any disagreements will be decided by the chair of the Tenure Review Committee in consultation with the Xxxxxxx. In the event there are no qualifying additional volunteers, the elected member and the Xxxx will recruit a tenured faculty member identified by agreement to serve on the evaluation Subcommittee. The initial three (3) members will begin fulfilling duties immediately.

The Board of Directors of Rolling Hills Public Charter School will consist of no less than five (5) and no more than seven (7) members, of whom three (3) may be parents at the Charter School. Initial Formation. The Board will serve as the public agents who govern The Village Charter School. There will be approximately five to seven (5 to 7) members on the Board. During the first two (2) years of operation, the Board shall be comprised of at least five (5) Directors appointed and nominated by the organizing members and founders of TVCS. Initial Formation. EDS will be responsible for the initial formation of the Consortium. Del Monte will provide one executive level employee on a half-time basis to participate in the initial recruitment of Consortium members and other Consortium formation activities. Within 30 days after the Effective Date, designated representatives of EDS and Del Monte will meet at Del Monte's offices to address the following issues (the "Initial Meeting").
Initial Formation. The Agency’s staff will work with the CAC and other community groups in the BVHP Area to develop a plan, subject to Commission approval, for establishing a quasi-public entity representing the BVHP Area (the “BVHP Representative Entity”) that, in collaboration with the CAC, will be charged with analyzing community needs and making recommendations to the Agency Commission on the use of Agency’s net land sale proceeds, as referenced in Section 3, to address those needs. It is anticipated that a portion of net land sale proceeds will be administered by this quasi-public entity. The Agency will work with the CAC to identify potential sources for pre-funding the BVHP Representative Entity, including without limitation, grants from governmental entities, private foundations or other sources.
