Initial Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1. --------------------
Initial Deliverables means the tangible items to be delivered by Tesla in connection with the performance of the work described in the Initial Statement of Work and Specification as mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing.
Initial Deliverables means (a) Seller’s or its agents’ list or other means of tracking information relating to the prosecution or maintenance of the Patents throughout the world, which is current as of the Effective Date ; (b) the names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of all prosecution counsel and agents responsible for prosecution of the Patents ; (c) copies of assignments for the Patents from any and all inventors and prior owners to Seller or Seller’s predecessor in interest; (d) the ribbon copies of the Patents ; (e) any conception and reduction to practice materials for the subject matter described in the Patents ; (f) any docket or schedule of actions or fee payments related to prosecution of the Patents ; (g) other files and original documents relating to the Patents (including, without limitation, Letters Patents and assignments necessary to establish that Seller’s representations and warranties of Section 5 are true and correct); (h) copies of any and all licenses granted under the Patents , covenants not to sue, and other encumbrances on the Assigned Patent Rights ; and (i) complete copies of any and all reexamination file histories of the Patents .
Examples of Initial Deliverables in a sentence
Seller will deliver any Initial Deliverables to be delivered by Seller under paragraph (c) above to Purchaser’s legal counsel, together with two (2) executed originals of the Common Interest Agreement.
The Initial Deliverables shall not include the programming of Content into the areas created as part of such customizations.

AOLB shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Itau with requested CD-ROMs within thirty (30) days of receiving a written order for such CD-ROMs from Itau; provided, however, that AOLB shall have no obligation to fulfill any orders for CD-ROMs until ninety (90) days after the date AOLB has completed the Initial Deliverables.
The customizations to be performed shall consist of the following initial customizations (the "Initial Deliverables"): (a) the Co-Branded Welcome Screen; (b) the Custom Toolbar Icon; (c) the Special Edition Finance Channel; (d) the Itau Window; and (e) links from the Itau Window and Itau Programmable Area to the Itau Interactive Sites.

Initial Deliverables means all Source Code for the Licensed Products in the most current version in Licensor’s possession or control as of the date of this Agreement and any related documentation.
