Inmate Day definition

Inmate Day means confinement for more than six (6) hours measured from the time such Inmate is first presented to and accepted by the Jail for housing in the Jail until the person is released, provided that an arrival on or after six (6) o'clock p.m. and continuing into the succeeding day shall be considered one day. The second and each subsequent Inmate Day means confinement for any portion of a calendar day after the first Inmate Day. For persons confined to the Jail for the purpose of mandatory Driving Under the Influence (DUI) sentences, "Inmate Day" means confinement in accordance with Exhibit II.
Inmate Day. The term "Inmate Day" means each day an Inmate is assigned to the Facility, including the day of delivery, but excluding the day such Inmate is retaken by the Inmate's Jurisdiction, for which the delivering Jurisdiction is contractually obligated to pay a per diem rate to or on account of CCSL for correctional services performed under the applicable Inmate Contract. The definition of inmate day contained in the applicable Jurisdiction contract shall control if there is a conflict.
Inmate Day means each calendar day or portion of such day during which an Inmate is incarcerated at the Jail Facilities as defined in the County’s current contract for Operation, Management, and Maintenance of the Parker County Jail Facilities. Such contract calling for a daily census of Inmate population of the Jail Facilities which confirms those incarcerated at 12:01a.m. Central Standard Time of such day.

Examples of Inmate Day in a sentence

  • The Maintenance Charge shall be assessed for a City Inmate for each Inmate Day as provided in Exhibit III, Subsection 1.

  • For persons confined to the Jail for the purpose of mandatory Driving Under the Influence (DUI) sentences, "Inmate Day" means confinement in accordance with Exhibit II.

  • The second and each subsequent Inmate Day means confinement for any portion of a calendar day after the first Inmate Day.

  • In lieu of the Maintenance Charge, the City will be charged a WER Charge for each Inmate Day in which a City WER Participant is in the WER program.

  • The Energy Community Secretariat may make suggestions for modifications in the three (3) months following notification.

More Definitions of Inmate Day

Inmate Day means each calendar day or part thereof that an Inmate is located at the Facility, including the first, but not the last day of incarceration at the Facility.
Inmate Day means confinement in accordance with Exhibit II.

Related to Inmate Day

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in the City of London.

  • Day means calendar day.

  • Week means seven consecutive days.

  • Billing Cycle for any Mortgage Loan and Collection Period means the billing period specified in the related Credit Line Agreement and with respect to which amounts billed are received during the Collection Period.

  • Calendar Day means the period from one midnight to the following midnight;

  • School day means any day or partial day that students are in attendance at school for instructional purposes.
