Installation Completion definition

Installation Completion means, with respect to a Project, that the design, engineering, construction and installation of such Project has been completed. For the avoidance of doubt, a Project may achieve Installation Completion without achieving Substantial Completion.
Installation Completion means, with respect to a Solar Energy System, Participant has (a) provided a copy of the related Purchase Agreement to Program Administrator, (b) confirmed that the related Customer has entered into a Utility Agreement, (c) secured a Preliminary Permit (if required by the applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction), (d) provided to Program Administrator evidence or confirmation that such Solar Energy System has been installed in form and substance satisfactory to Program Administrator in its sole discretion, and (e) satisfied all obligations under such Purchase Agreement other than achieving Final Completion.

  • No action for breach of any term of this contract of sale or any other duty of Seller with respect to these Goods may be commenced more than one (1) year after Installation Completion.

More Definitions of Installation Completion

Installation Completion or “IC” means Dealer has, with respect to a Signed Home Solar Loan Agreement, (a) provided a Signed Home Solar Installation Agreement to Mosaic, (b) confirmed that the Signed Customer has entered into a Utility Agreement, (c) secured a Preliminary Permit, (d) provided to Mosaic a certificate executed by the Signed Customer, in form and substance satisfactory to Mosaic, attesting that the conditions for the first loan disbursement have been satisfied as required by the Signed Home Solar Loan Agreement, and (e) only the remaining obligation under the Signed Home Solar Installation Agreement of achieving Final Completion.
Installation Completion means, for each System installed pursuant to a Work Order, satisfaction of all of the Installation Completion Criteria.

Related to Installation Completion

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.
