Installation Tests definition

Installation Tests means the tests to be performed to verify the conformity of completion of an installation/assembly to the design documents previously reviewed without objection by the Employers Representative prior to the start of Commissioning. Installation Tests do not form part of the Tests on Completion to be performed by the Contractor in order to achieve Employer’s Taking Over of the Works or any Section however they must be successfully completed before the Tests on Completion can commence.
Installation Tests means the tests identified as such to be conducted by the Contractor in accordance with the requirements of the Contract including Clause 10 of the Conditions of Contract and Schedule 5 of Contract Schedules.‌‌‌‌ “Intellectual Property Rights” means patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, design rights, copyright, domain names, database rights, rights in know-how, new inventions, designs or processes, and other intellectual property rights whether now known or created in future (of whatever nature and wherever arising) and in each case whether registered or unregistered and including applications for the grant of any such rights.‌ “Invitation Documents” means the screen pages of the e-Procurement System, the Brief and the Contract Schedules issued by the Government B/D to all GITP Providers on the list for the sub-category to which the Add-on Hardware and/or Add-on Software belong (or the Support Services concerning such items).‌ “Item” (in upper or lower case) means an item of Add-on Hardware or an item of Add-on Software or an item of Support Services or an item of Trade-in Services with a unique requirement number assigned to it based on the Brief and specified in Schedule 1, 2, 9 or 12 of Contract Schedules respectively.‌ “Licence” has the meaning given to the term in the last paragraph of Clause 20.5 of the Conditions of Contract.‌ “Location” or “Locations”‌ means the locations at which the Add-on Hardware and/or Add-on Software are to be installed or Support Services are to be performed as specified in each Order. The locations include those as stated in the Brief and such other locations as may be designated by the Government B/D Representative from time to time; “Location” means any one of‌them.
