Institutional Approvals means the statements of compliance and ethics clearances specified at clause 26;

Institutional Approvals means the statements of compliance and ethics clearances that the Institution or Award Recipient is required to obtain for the performance of the Award Purposes. “Intellectual Property” includes all copyright and neighbouring rights, all rights in relation to inventions (including patent rights), plant varieties, registered and unregistered trademarks (including service marks), registered designs and circuit layouts and all other rights resulting from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, literary or artistic fields and includes all rights to apply for registration of such rights;

  • Governmental Authorizations means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Legal Requirement.

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower required by any Environmental Requirement.
