Insured Family definition

Insured Family means:-the Insured Person, Spouse and their legitimate child(ren) aged below 18 years old enrolled under family plan named in the Schedule/Certificate of Insurance for the same Insured Journey.
Insured Family means the Insured Person and/or Spouse and their legitimate child(ren) aged below eighteen (18) years old enrolled under family plan named in the Schedule for the same Insured Journey.
Insured Family means family comprising the Policyholder and any one or more of the following:

Examples of Insured Family in a sentence

  • To continue coverage, You must enroll the child as an Insured Family Member by notifying Cigna in writing within 31 days after the date of the court order and paying any additional premium.

  • You or Your Insured Family Member(s) will become ineligible for coverage: ▪ When premiums are not paid according to the due dates and grace periods described in the premium section.

  • To continue coverage, You must enroll the child as an Insured Family Member by notifying Cigna within 31 days after the date of adoption or initiation of a suit of adoption, and paying any additional premium.▪ If a court has ordered an Insured to provide coverage for an eligible child (as defined above) coverage will be automatic for the first 31 days following the date on which the court order is issued.

  • To continue coverage, You must enroll the child as an Insured Family Member by notifying Cigna within 31 days after the date of adoption or initiation of a suit of adoption, and paying any additional premium. If a court has ordered an Insured to provide coverage for an eligible child (as defined above) coverage will be automatic for the first 31 days following the date on which the court order is issued.

  • To continue coverage for a Newborn, You must notify Cigna within 31 days of the Newborn’s date of birth that You wish to have the Newborn added as an Insured Family Member, and pay any additional premium required. An adopted child, including a child who is placed with you for adoption, is automatically covered for 31 days from the date of adoption or initiation of a suit of adoption.

  • No coverage is provided for Felonious Assault committed by another Insured, Family Member, Traveling Companion or Traveling Companion’s Family Member; Work(a) You or a Traveling Companion is involuntarily terminated or laid off through no fault of his or her own, provided that he or she has been an active employee for the same employer for at least 1 continuous year.

  • To continue coverage, You must enroll the child as an Insured Family Member by notifying Cigna within 31 days after the date of placement for adoption or initiation of a suit of adoption, and paying any additional premium.▪ If a court has ordered an Insured to provide coverage for an eligible child (as defined above) coverage will be automatic for the first 31 days following the date on which the court order is issued.

  • Insured means the Executive.

  • Insured Persons means the person/s named in the Schedule to the Policy, who is/are Indian Resident /s and for whom the insurance is also proposed and appropriate premium paid.

  • Extended family member means an adult who is a grandparent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, uncle, aunt, or first cousin with whom the child has a relationship and is comfortable, and who is willing and available to care for the child. RCW 13.32A.030

  • Insureds Premises Not An "Insured Location" "Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of a premises:

  • Controlled insurer means a licensed insurer that is either directly or indirectly

  • Sum Insured means the sum as specified in the Schedule to this Policy against the name of Insured / each Insured Person, which sum represents the Company's maximum liability for any or all claims under this Policy during the Policy period for the respective benefit(s) against which the sum is mentioned in the Schedule to this Policy.

  • Extended Family , in respect of a person, means the person’s grandparent, uncle, aunt, first degree cousin, grandchild, and/or any other relation or relationship that Council may add by law;

  • Insured Person s year” means a year from the date of commencement of the insured person’s policy, or from the anniversary date of the commencement of the insured person.

  • Underinsured motor vehicle means a land motor vehicle or trailer of any type to which a bodily injury liability bond or policy applies at the time of the accident but its limit for bodily injury liability is either:

  • Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.

  • general insurance business means any class of insurance business other than long-term insurance business;

  • First party insurance means an insurance policy or contract in which the insurer agrees to pay a claim submitted to it by the insured for the insured's losses.

  • Insured Property means the vessel, including the power units, accessories and equipment. “Parasailing” means using your vessel to tow a person in a device designed for flight. “Waterskiing” means using your vessel to tow a person on water skis or flotation devices.

  • Insured Risks means fire lightning explosion earthquake storm tempest flood subsidence landslip heave impact terrorism bursting or overflowing of water tanks and pipes earthquake damage by aircraft and other aerial devices or articles dropped there from riot and civil commotion labour disturbance and malicious damage and such other risks as the Academy Trust insures against from time to time subject in all cases to any exclusions or limitations as may from time to time be imposed by the insurers or underwriters;

  • Birth family or "birth sibling" means the child's biological family or biological sibling.

  • Insurable Crop means Grain Corn.

  • Family means with respect to an individual: (i) the individual; (ii) the individual’s spouse and former spouses; (iii) any other natural person who is related to the individual or the individual’s spouse within the second degree; and (iv) any other natural person who resides with such individual.

  • Additional Insureds has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(a) of the Indenture.

  • Engine family means a manufacturers grouping of engines which, through their design as defined in paragraph 5.2. of this gtr, have similar exhaust emission characteristics; all members of the family shall comply with the applicable emission limit values.

  • full insurable value means one hundred percent (100%) of the actual replacement cost of the Property (excluding foundation and excavation costs and costs of underground flues, pipes, drains and other uninsurable items).

  • Supervised Persons for purposes of this Code means:

  • Insurers means the underwriters or insurance companies with whom any Insurance is effected and the manager of any protection and indemnity or war risks association in which the Vessel may at any time be entered;

  • FHA Insurance The contractual obligation of FHA respecting the insurance of an FHA Loan pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended.

  • Insured Premises means the place named in the Schedule.

  • Immediate family means a spouse and any unemancipated child.

  • Specified Insurance Company means any Entity that is an insurance company (or the holding company of an insurance company) that issues, or is obligated to make payments with respect to, a Cash Value Insurance Contract or an Annuity Contract.
