Insured Family definition

Insured Family means:-the Insured Person, Spouse and their legitimate child(ren) aged below 18 years old enrolled under family plan named in the Schedule/Certificate of Insurance for the same Insured Journey.
Insured Family means all Insured Persons in respect of the same Insured Cardholder.
Insured Family means the Insured Person and/or Spouse and their legitimate child(ren) aged below eighteen (18) years old enrolled under family plan named in the Schedule for the same Insured Journey.

  • Injury, or death of an Insured, Family Member, Traveling Companion, Business Partner, orHost at Destination.

  • Injury, or death of an Insured, Family Member, Traveling Companion, or Business Partner.

  • In the event the Cardholder or the Additionally Insured Family Member proves that he or she did not commit the breach of duty through gross negligence, coverage remains in force without limitation.

  • Where the breach of duty is committed through gross negligence, the Insurer is entitled to reduce payments commensurate with the severity of the fault on the part of Cardholder or, respectively, the Additionally Insured Family Member.

  • In the event of an intentional breach of a duty stipulated by contract or by law by the Cardholder or an Additionally Insured Family Member, the legal consequence of which is not stipulated by law, the Insurer is not liable for benefits.

  • This does not apply where the Cardholder or the Additionally Insured Family Member has committed the breach of duty with intent to defraud.

  • The rights under this policy inure to the Cardholder and/or the Additionally Insured Family Member, as the case may be, and in the event of death, their heirs.

  • The Insurer may not offset claims made by the Cardholder or the Additionally Insured Family Members with accounts payable to the card issuer.

  • Solely the Cardholder or the Additionally Insured Family Member is entitled to claim insurance benefits.

  • The Insurer may not offset claims made by the Cardholder or the Additionally Insured Family Members with ac- counts payable to the card issuer.

Insured Family means family comprising the Policyholder and any one or more of the following:

Related to Insured Family

  • Insured means the Executive.

  • Insured Persons means the person/s named in the Schedule to the Policy, who is/are Indian Resident /s and for whom the insurance is also proposed and appropriate premium paid.

  • Extended family member means an adult who is a grandparent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, uncle, aunt, or first cousin with whom the child has a relationship and is comfortable, and who is willing and available to care for the child.

  • Insureds Premises Not An "Insured Location" a. Owned by an "insured"; b. Rented to an "insured"; or c. Rented to others by an "insured"; that is not an "insured location";

  • Controlled insurer means a licensed insurer that is either directly or indirectly

  • Sum Insured means the sum as specified in the Schedule to this Policy against the name of Insured / each Insured Person, which sum represents the Company's maximum liability for any or all claims under this Policy during the Policy period for the respective benefit(s) against which the sum is mentioned in the Schedule to this Policy.

  • Extended Family , in respect of a person, means the person’s grandparent, uncle, aunt, first degree cousin, grandchild, and/or any other relation or relationship that Council may add by law;

  • Insured Person s year” means a year from the date of commencement of the insured person’s policy, or from the anniversary date of the commencement of the insured person.

  • Underinsured motor vehicle means a land motor vehicle or trailer of any type to which a bodily injury liability bond or policy applies at the time of the accident but its limit for bodily injury liability is less than the limit of liability for this coverage.

  • Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.

  • general insurance business means any class of insurance business other than long-term insurance business;

  • First party insurance means an insurance policy or contract in which the insurer

  • Insured Property means the vessel, including the power units, accessories and equipment. “Parasailing” means using your vessel to tow a person in a device designed for flight. “Waterskiing” means using your vessel to tow a person on water skis or flotation devices.

  • Insured Risks means fire lightning explosion earthquake storm tempest flood subsidence landslip heave impact terrorism bursting or overflowing of water tanks and pipes earthquake damage by aircraft and other aerial devices or articles dropped there from riot and civil commotion labour disturbance and malicious damage and such other risks as the Academy Trust insures against from time to time subject in all cases to any exclusions or limitations as may from time to time be imposed by the insurers or underwriters;

  • Birth family or "birth sibling" means the child's biological family or biological sibling.

  • Insurable Crop means Grain Corn.

  • Family or “family member” means your spouse, and any child, stepchild, parent, or parent-in-law who receives more than one-half of his or her support from you or from whom you receive more than one-half of your support.

  • Additional Insureds has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(a) of the Indenture.

  • Engine family means a manufacturers grouping of engines which, through their design as defined in paragraph 5.2. of this gtr, have similar exhaust emission characteristics; all members of the family shall comply with the applicable emission limit values.

  • full insurable value means one hundred percent (100%) of the actual replacement cost of the Property (excluding foundation and excavation costs and costs of underground flues, pipes, drains and other uninsurable items).

  • Supervised Persons for purposes of this Code means:

  • Insurers means the underwriters or insurance companies with whom any Obligatory Insurances are effected and the managers of any protection and indemnity or war risks association in which any or the Collateral Vessels may at any time be entered.

  • Specified Insurance Company means any Entity that is an insurance company (or the holding company of an insurance company) that issues, or is obligated to make payments with respect to, a Cash Value Insurance Contract or an Annuity Contract.
