Integrated Design definition

Integrated Design means a collaborative method for designing buildings which emphasizes viewing the building as an interconnected and interdependent whole rather than an accumulation of its separate components.
Integrated Design means a process to develop consensus among the project team and owner as to the energy savings and building performance goals of the project and to identify design strategies to achieve those goals, including documentation strategies for design decisions to en- sure accurate implementation of design through construction.
