Interep Acquisition Collateral Assignment definition

Interep Acquisition Collateral Assignment means the Collateral Assignment of Acquisition Documents, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, made by Mondee Brazil and the Parent in favor of the Administrative Agent.
