Interruptible Delivery Service definition

Interruptible Delivery Service or "ITDS" means Transportation of Gas, on an interruptible basis, from the Alliance Trading Pool to Transporter's Delivery Point at the Canada-U.S. border under Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service.

For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.
