Intervention Area definition

Intervention Area means an area on the High Speed Broadband Map shaded in the colour ‘amber’ where the Minister intends to intervene as part of the NBP, as that area is updated by the Minister from time to time.
Intervention Area refers to the specified Premises or geographical area set out in Annex 1 (Premises and Intervention Areas) of the Specification;
Intervention Area means an area defined, set and published by a local body within which public funds have been made available for the deployment and installation of Openreach NGA Infrastructure;
