Safety Policies Sample Clauses
A Safety Policies clause establishes the rules and procedures that must be followed to maintain a safe working environment. It typically outlines the responsibilities of both parties regarding compliance with safety regulations, the use of protective equipment, and reporting of hazards or incidents. By clearly defining these expectations, the clause helps prevent workplace accidents and ensures that all parties are aware of their obligations to promote health and safety, thereby reducing liability and fostering a safer work environment.
