Investment Benchmark definition

Investment Benchmark means a benchmark made available under the Plan from time to time by the Committee for purposes of valuing Plan Accounts.
Investment Benchmark means a hypothetical investment classification in which a Participant’s Memorandum Account shall be deemed to be invested for purposes of crediting or charging earnings, losses, appreciation or depreciation with respect to the Participant’s Memorandum Account, in accordance with section 3.2.
