Investment Instruction definition

Investment Instruction means an offer to Macquarie by an Applicant to acquire Instalment Receipts under the terms of this PDS and the Instalment Receipts Deed, in the form agreed to by Macquarie.
Investment Instruction is applicable only if an Investment Manager has been appointed, and means all directions and instructions provided to the Trustee by an Authorized Party of an Investment Manager in accordance with sections 6.3 and 6.4 with respect to the investment of the Fund in Qualified Investments;
Investment Instruction shall have the meaning set forth in subsection (b) number 5 of Section Nine of this Agreement.

  • If the Fund Custodian finds out that any of the Investment Instruction of the Fund Manager which has already come into effect violates any Laws, Administrative Regulations and other relevant rules, or breaches any terms of the Fund Contract, the Fund Custodian shall timely notify the Fund Manager thereof and submit a report thereof to the securities regulatory authority under the State Council.

  • However, Member’s future contribution and Accrued Benefits transferred from another scheme on or after April 1, 2017 will be invested according to the DIS if no valid Specific Investment Instruction on the Personal Account is received from that Member.

  • If the Member’s Pre-existing Account is the one described above, a notice called the DIS Re-investment Notice (“the DRN”) may be sent to the Member within 6 months from April 1, 2017 explaining the impact on such account and giving the Member an opportunity to give a Specific Investment Instruction to the Trustee before the Accrued Benefits, future contributions and Accrued Benefits transferred from another scheme are invested into the DIS.

  • If the Member’s Pre- existing Account is the one described above, a notice called the DIS Re-investment Notice would have been sent to the Member within six months after April 1, 2017 explaining the impact onsuch account and giving the Member an opportunity to give a Specific Investment Instruction to the Trustee before the accrued benefits, future contributionsand/or transferred monies are invested into the DIS.

Investment Instruction means an instruction given by or on behalf of the Client to the Operator in relation to the Client’s Account, including, without limitation, to acquire, invest in, redeem, sell, transfer, switch or otherwise dispose of an Accessible Investment on behalf of the Client or to withdraw cash from the Client’s Account to be paid to or at the direction of the Client. The Operator is not obliged to act on any instruction unless it is clear and given in the manner and form required by the Operator. Law means the Corporations Act 2001(Cth). List means the list of Accessible Investments available through the Service, issued by the Operator from time to time. Operator means MLC Investments Limited ABN 30 000 000 000 as operator of the Service, or any other party appointed as an operator of the Service in accordance with the Contract. Power includes any power, right, discretion and authority.
Investment Instruction means an offer to Bell Potter Capital by an Applicant to acquire Instalment Receipts under the terms of this PDS and the Instalment Receipts Deed, in the form agreed to by Bell Potter Capital.
Investment Instruction means an instruction substantially in the form of Schedule 11 (Form of Investment Instruction).

  • Payment Instruction is as defined in Section 36 of the General Terms, and is further defined as the information provided by you to the Service for a bill payment to be made to the Xxxxxx (such as, but not limited to, Xxxxxx name, Xxxxxx account number, and Scheduled Payment Date).

  • Transfer Instructions are the information that you provide when using the Service. “Us,” “We,” and “Our” means Credit Union.

Proper Instructions may only be amended in writing.

  • DTC Representation Letter means the Blanket Letter of Representation from the Issuer and the Paying Agent to DTC which provides for a book-entry system, or any agreement between the Issuer and Paying Agent and a successor securities depository duly appointed.
