  • The purpose of the holding and processing of Investor Data by, and the disclosure to, the Authorised Entities, is to enable the processing for the Permitted Purposes.

  • By subscribing for Shares and/or being invested in the SICAV, the Investor acknowledges and consents that such disclosure of Investor Data is in order for it to be held and/or processed by Authorised Entities outside Luxembourg or outside the European Economic Area for purposes of confidentiality obligations.

  • The Investor Data is processed for the following purposes: (i) maintaining the register of Shareholders;(ii) processing subscriptions and redemptions of Shares and payments of distributions to Shareholders; and (iii) complying with applicable anti-money laundering rules and any regulatory requirements appli- cable to the SICAV, and the Authorised Entities or any of their affiliates.

  • Subject to the foregoing, J.P. MORGAN SE, Luxembourg Branch shall inform the Authorised Entities which hold or process Investor Data (a) to do so only for the Permitted Purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, and (b) that access to such Investor Data within an Authorised Entity is limited to those persons who need to know the Investor Data for the Permitted Purposes, all in accordance with the applicable laws.

  • By subscribing for Shares and/or being invested in the SICAV, the Investor: (i) acknowledges that this authorisation and instruction is granted to permit the holding, processing and disclosure of Investor Data by such Authorised Entities in the context of the Luxembourg statutory confidentiality obligations of J.P. MORGAN SE, Luxembourg Branch, and (ii) waives such confidentiality in respect of the Investor Data for the Permitted Purposes only.

  • The data processed includes personal data of Investors, ultimate beneficial owners, directors, authorised representatives or contact persons of Investors (including, but not limited to, the name, ad- dress, email address, passport or identification card details, tax identification details, bank account de- tails source of wealth and invested amount of each Investor) ("Investor Data").

  • Investors acknowledge that this authorisation and instruction is granted to permit the disclosure of In- vestor Data and the holding and processing of Investor Data by the Authorised Entities in the context of the Luxembourg statutory confidentiality obligations of J.P. MORGAN SE, Luxembourg Branch, as more fully described in the section "Processing of Information" of the application form.

  • Investors hereby waive such confidentiality in respect of the Investor Data for the Permitted Purposes.

  • Where Investor Data is not collected directly from the data subjects, the person providing the Investor Data shall ensure that data subjects are informed about their rights, how to exercise them and the infor- mation provided in the data privacy notice of the Controller.

  • Investor Data includes, without limitation, the following information relating to you and/or any individuals connected with you as an investor: name, residential address, email address, contact details, corporate contact information, signature, nationality, place of birth, date of birth, tax identification, credit history, correspondence records, passport number, bank account details, source of funds details and details relating to your investment activity.

Related to Investor Data

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Investor means the Buyer, any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a Buyer assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement, and any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a transferee or assignee assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Investors means the Initial Investors and any transferee or assignee who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 hereof.

  • Exchange Access means as defined in the Act.

  • Professional Investor means an investor who possesses the experience, knowledge and expertise to make its own investment decisions and properly assess the risks that it incurs. Professional investors include, among others, entities which are required to be authorised or regulated to operate in the financial markets, large undertakings, and other institutional investors whose main activity is to invest in financial instruments;

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
