Examples of invoice declaration in a sentence

  • An Invoice Declaration as referred to in Article 3.15.1 (b) may be made out by any exporter where the value of the originating good does not exceed US $1000 dollars.

  • In the case of consignments of goods originating in the exporting Member State and not exceeding US$ 200.00 FOB, the production of a Certificate of Origin (Form D) or an Invoice Declaration shall be waived and the use of a simplified declaration by the exporter that the goods in question have originated in the exporting Member State will be accepted.

  • For the application of the provisions of subparagraph 1(b) of Article 4.21 (Conditions for Invoice Declaration) and Article 4.27 (Exemption from Proof of Origin) in cases where products are invoiced in a currency other than USD or EUR, amounts in the national currencies of Turkey and of Malaysia equivalent to the amounts expressed in USD or EUR shall be fixed annually by each of the countries concerned.
