IPO Securities definition

IPO Securities means the shares or other equity securities of the IPO Entity to be offered and sold by the Company and/or its Shareholders pursuant to an IPO.
IPO Securities means Securities issued under an initial public offering; means all monies, liabilities and obligations whether actual or contingent which are now or at any time hereafter may be or become due, owing or incurred from or by the Client or any Client group company as primary or collateral obligations to CAL in connection with the operation of the Account or in any manner whatsoever and in whatever currency (whether alone or jointly with any other person and in whatever name, style or form) together with interest from the date of demand to the date of payment, legal costs and all other costs, charges and expenses incurred by CAL;
IPO Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 8.13(a).
