IPRs means patents, inventions, trade marks, service marks, logos, design rights (whether registerable or otherwise), applications for any of the foregoing, copyright, database rights, domain names, trade or business names, moral rights and other similar rights or obligations whether registerable or not in any country (including but not limited to the United Kingdom) and the right to xxx for passing off;

IPRs means copyright, rights related to or affording protection similar to copyright, rights in databases, patents and rights in inventions, semi-conductor topography rights, trade marks, branding, rights in Internet domain names and website addresses and other rights in trade names, designs, know-how, trade secrets, and any modifications, amendments, updates and new releases of the same and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world and any other rights in Commercially Sensitive Information;
IPRs means all intellectual property rights including, without limitation, patents, utility models, copyrights, registered designs, unregistered design rights, applications for registration of any of these and the right to apply for any of these in any part of the world, rights in know-how and other confidential information.
