Irish Law Security Documents definition

Irish Law Security Documents means the following documents, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lender and the Collateral Agent: (a) that certain Irish-law Debenture dated as of the date hereof between the Irish Borrower and the Collateral Agent (the “Irish Debenture”), (b) that certain Irish-law Share Charge dated as of the date hereof between the English Borrower and the Collateral Agent, and (c) such other documents incidental thereto as the Lender may reasonably determine necessary.
Irish Law Security Documents means the Irish Debenture and the Irish Guarantee.
