Irish Law Security Documents definition

Irish Law Security Documents means the Irish Law Debenture, the Irish Law Share Charge and each other security agreement, pledge agreement or other instruments or documents governed by Irish law and executed and delivered pursuant to the foregoing or entered into or delivered after the Closing Date to the extent required by this Agreement or any other Loan Document, including pursuant to Section 5.10.

Irish Law Security Documents means the following documents, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lender and the Collateral Agent: (a) that certain Irish-law Debenture dated as of the date hereofEffective Date between the Irish Borrower and the Collateral Agent (the “Irish Debenture”), (b) that certain Irish-law Share Charge dated as of the date hereofEffective Date between the English Borrower and the Collateral Agent, and (c) such other documents incidental thereto as the Lender may reasonably determine necessary.
