ISO Documents definition

ISO Documents means the ISO Tariff, Participants Agreement, RNA, and/or ISO New England Manuals, as applicable.

  • Except as limited below or otherwise as limited by law (including the rights of any party to file a complaint with FERC under the relevant provisions of the FPA), the ISO ADR Procedures shall apply to all disputes between parties which arise under the ISO Documents except where the decision of the ISO is stated in the provisions of this ISO Tariff to be final.

  • The ISO and Market Participants (party or parties) shall make good-faith efforts to negotiate and resolve any dispute between them arising under ISO Documents prior to invoking the ISO ADR Procedures outlined herein.

  • Seller and Buyer shall each comply with the procedures, rules and regulations of ISO and NEPOOL and the requirements of the ISO Documents as they may apply to the purchase, sale and delivery of Standard Service Requirements and/or LRS Requirements and the satisfaction of their respective obligations under this Agreement.

  • If Market Changes occur, Seller shall comply with the ISO Documents applicable to Standard Service Requirements and/or LRS Requirements, including working with Buyer and ISO to assure that Load Assets reflecting the On-Peak CLQ(s) and Off-Peak CLQ(s) are represented in the ISO settlement system.

  • Any further revisions will be reflected as soon as practicable and in accordance with the ISO New England Billing Policy and other ISO Documents.

  • The Parties hereto specifically acknowledge that the delivery of Power Services hereunder shall be effectuated through Seller’s registration of the Load Asset(s) as set forth in the ISO Documents.

Related to ISO Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Term Documents shall have the meaning assigned that term in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • Related Agreements means the Deeds, each Assignment and Assumption of Lease, the Xxxx of Sale, the Assignment and Assumption Agreement, the Asset Demarcation Agreement, the Easements, the Interconnection Agreements, the Transition Services Agreement, the Release of Mortgage Indenture, the Guaranties, the Escrow Agreement and the other agreements, certificates and documents to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Equity Documents means collectively the documents evidencing subscription to Equity to the extent of equity component of cost of the Project.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Merger Documents shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.

  • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • VIE Agreements means the Exclusive Service Agreement, the Exclusive Call Option Agreement, the Shareholder Voting Rights Proxy Agreement and the Equity Pledge Agreement entered into by and among some or all of the Parties hereto on the same day this agreement is entered, including any supplemental agreements or amendments to such agreements, and any other agreements, contracts or legal documents executed or issued by one or more Parties and/or Party C’s affiliated enterprises from time to time to ensure the performance of the aforesaid agreements, signed or accepted by Party A in writing.

  • Seller Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Relevant Documents has the meaning specified in Section 11.02.

  • Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.
