Issuer Collateral definition

Issuer Collateral means all of the assets which from time to time are, or are expressed to be, the subject of the Issuer Security created pursuant to the Issuer Security Documents.
Issuer Collateral means, collectively, all real, personal and mixed property which is subject or is intended to become subject to the security interests or Liens granted pursuant to any of the Issuer Collateral Documents; provided that "Issuer Collateral" shall not include any Released Assets (as defined in any Issuer Collateral Document).
Issuer Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 20.

Examples of Issuer Collateral in a sentence

  • If any of the Notes of any Class of the Series are cancelled or redeemed in part or (other than where all Classes are then redeeming) in whole, the Class Percentage of each Class will be adjusted to reflect the change in the proportion of aggregate principal amount of the ISDA Issuer Collateral relating to the relevant Class.

Issuer Collateral means the Collateral subject to the Security Interests described under Section 3(b)(i)(A)(6) through Section 3(b)(i)(A)(9) of Schedule 2 (Agreed Security Principles).
