Job Order Completion Time definition

Job Order Completion Time means the time within which the Contractor must complete the Detailed Scope of Work.
Job Order Completion Time means the time frame specified in the Job Order by which the Contractor shall have started and completed the Detailed Scope of Work, including, without limitation, all deficiency, correction and incomplete items (Punch List).
Job Order Completion Time means the period of time allotted for the Contractor to complete the Detailed Scope of Work.

Examples of Job Order Completion Time in a sentence

  • The Contractor is required to complete each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time.

  • Each Job Order will include a Detailed Scope of Work, a Job Order Price, a Job Order Completion Time of the Work and any special conditions that might apply to that specific Job Order, such as Liquidated Damages.

  • A Job Order will reference the Detailed Scope of Work and set forth the Job Order Completion Time, and the Job Order Price.

  • A secondary Job Order developed after the initial Job Order has been issued for the purpose of changing, deleting, or adding work to the initial Detailed Scope of Work, or changing the Job Order Completion Time.

  • The Job Order Completion Time applicable to each Job Order will not be extended due to inclement weather conditions that are normal to the general locality of Work Site.

  • Each Job Order provided to the Contractor shall reference the Detailed Scope of Work and set forth the Job Order Price and the Job Order Completion Time.

  • The Contractor must complete the Work within the Job Order Completion Time specified in each Job Order.

  • Time being of the essence, the Contractor shall thereafter prosecute the Work diligently, using such means and methods of construction as will assure Final Completion within the Job Order Completion Time set forth in each Job Order.

Related to Job Order Completion Time

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Completion Rate means the percentage of an apprenticeship cohort who receives a certificate of apprenticeship completion within 1 year of the projected completion date. An apprenticeship cohort is the group of individual apprentices registered to a specific program during a 1 year time frame, except that a cohort does not include the apprentices whose apprenticeship agreement has been cancelled during the probationary period or who have transferred.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.
