The Unions will exert their best efforts to recruit and identify individuals, particularly Local or National Targeted Workers, as well as those referred by the Jobs Coordinator, for entrance or reentrance into the labor/management apprenticeship programs, and to assist individuals in qualifying and becoming eligible for such programs.
