Joint Client definition

Joint Client means each Client who owns a Joint Holding together with any other Client or Clients;
Joint Client has the meaning given to that term in clause 8.1(g). OTC means over-the-counter. Over-the-counter derivatives are contracts directly entered into between two parties and which are not traded on any exchange. PDS means the product disclosure statement for the Contracts, as replaced or supplemented from time to time.
