Joint Facilities definition

Joint Facilities means those structures, spaces, campus grounds, and parking lots operated jointly by the institutions. Specific rules also apply to parking lots (chapters 132Z-116 and 478-117 WAC).
Joint Facilities means a materials recovery facility, composting or HHW Facility, or other facility developed for the purpose of complying with requirements established by state legislation or the regulations of CalRecycle, or combination thereof, which is owned by some or all of the Participating Agencies directly, or by the Authority, or by a private entity, or a public agency, for the benefit of some or all of the Participating Agencies.
Joint Facilities means the existing fire stations, office space, and training grounds owned by the Member Agencies, but leased to, managed, operated, or used by the Department and any additional facilities acquired by the Department.

Joint Facilities means all facilities, equipment, resources and property to be managed and operated by the Express Lanes JPA and, if and when acquired or constructed, any improvements and additions thereto and any additional facilities or property acquired or constructed by the Express Lanes JPA or either of the Members related to express lanes in the County.
Joint Facilities means land owned, leased or acquired for park and recreation purposes including, but not limited to, office and programming space for the Department and any improvements including, but not limited to, building, remodeling or repair of park and recreation facilities owned or leased by the City, the Township or the Joint Board.
