Joint Oversight Committee or “JOC” means the committee of PTI and King representatives established pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Collaboration Agreement to administer the affairs of the Development Program.

If endorsed by the relevant Consortium governance boards and by BARDA, the recommendations will be incorporated into the SOW and this Agreement through modifications as described in ARTICLE Ill.
