Joint Research Team definition

Joint Research Team shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 8(a).
Joint Research Team means the joint research team established pursuant to Section 3.02;
Joint Research Team or “JRT” means the committee described in Sections 3.4 and 3.6.

  • In the event the amounts specified have not been dedicated fully to the Research Program, the Joint Research Team will decide how these amounts shall be allocated by Corixa to a further usage of the Research Program.

  • On an annual basis, Corixa shall provide to the Joint Research Team a report in reasonable detail setting forth the use of funds provided by SB to Corixa under Paragraph 5(a) of this Agreement.

  • The Joint Research Team will review the Research Program annually, implement any mutually agreeable modifications and make recommendations related to possible Research Program extensions to the respective senior management teams of each company.

  • Regularly scheduled meetings or special meetings of the Joint Research Team may be in such form (e.g. in person, by telephone or by video conference) as the members of the Joint Research Committee shall agree.

  • The Joint Research Team shall meet on a regular basis (usually monthly), shall consist of scientific representatives of each Party and shall be responsible for the implementation and conduct of the Research Programme on a Target-by-Target basis.

  • In the event that the Joint Research Team cannot reach consensus on any matter properly referred to it within thirty (30) days of such referral, such matter shall be referred to the Research Steering Committee for resolution.

Related to Joint Research Team

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Collaborative lawyer means a lawyer who represents a party in a collaborative law process.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 (Joint Commercialization Committee).

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.
