Joint Roadmap definition

Joint Roadmap has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 15.4(b).
Joint Roadmap shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.01.
Joint Roadmap means the plan for the development of the Developed Technology, as further described in Section 2.2.

  • The Development and Quality Control Committee will establish and monitor a development plan, the Joint Roadmap and developmental milestones.

  • Thereafter, the parties will work together in good faith to update the Joint Roadmap each quarter to cover rolling two-year periods and the Committed Release Roadmap every fourth quarter to cover the twelve (12) month period immediately after the time period covered by the then-current Committed Release Roadmap.

  • Any changes to the Joint Roadmap must be mutually agreed to and documented in a written change order executed by both parties.

  • Except as set forth in the Joint Roadmap as agreed by both parties, neither party will incorporate into any Optimizations or other Deliverables, or otherwise provide to the other party, any Background Technology in connection with this Agreement.

Related to Joint Roadmap

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Collaborative agreement means a voluntary, written, or electronic arrangement between one

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How and Materials discovered, created, conceived, developed or reduced to practice in the course of performing activities under the Collaboration Program (whether solely by one Party or jointly by the Parties, in each case with their Affiliates or any Third Parties or any employees, consultants or agents of any of the foregoing which perform activities under the Collaboration Program).

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
