Junior Security Documents definition

Junior Security Documents means with respect to any Junior Secured Party, the Security Documents that secure the Junior Obligations.
Junior Security Documents means those documents pursuant to which any of the Borrowers shall xxxxx x Xxxx on any of the Junior Collateral in favor of Lender, including without limitation the Borrower Junior Security Agreements, the Holdings Junior Security Agreement, the Company Junior Trademark Security Agreement, the Holdings Junior Pledge Agreement, the Borrower Junior Pledge Agreements, the Subsidiary Junior Security Agreements, the Junior Collateral Assignment of Acquisition Agreement, and the Junior Collateral Access Agreements.
Junior Security Documents means the documents referred to in Schedule 2.

Examples of Junior Security Documents in a sentence

  • Security Document: each of the Bank Security Documents and the Junior Security Documents.

More Definitions of Junior Security Documents

Junior Security Documents means the documents referred to in Schedule 4 and annexed hereto.
Junior Security Documents any document under which Security is created whether at the date of this Deed or any later date securing any Liability of the Borrower to the Junior Lender including but not limited to the security documents referred to in Part 2 of the Schedule. Lenders: the Senior Lenders and the Junior Lender together, and Lender means any of the Lenders. Liabilities: all present or future monies, obligations or liabilities, whether actual or contingent and whether owed jointly or severally, as principal or surety and/or in any other capacity.
Junior Security Documents any document under which Security is created whether at the date of this Deed or any later date securing any Liability of the Borrower to the Junior Lender including but not limited to the security documents referred to in Part 2 of the Schedule. Lenders: the Senior Lenders and the Junior Lender together, and Lender means any of the Lenders.
Junior Security Documents means such second priority and third party security documents over or relating to the Ship as the Agent may permit the Borrower to execute in favour of the Builder as security for its obligations under the Building Contract pursuant to the Co-ordination Agreement.
