Key Employee Retention Agreements definition

Key Employee Retention Agreements means the key employee retention agreements entered into by FCI and certain key employees of FCI on or about May 30, 2019.
Key Employee Retention Agreements means the (i) the individual key employee retention plan 1 bonus agreement to be entered into by and among the Reorganized Debtors and certain key employees of the Reorganized Debtors, (ii) Fuse, LLC Sale Bonus Plan and the award agreements entered into thereunder, and (iii) Fuse, LLC Retention Plan 2 and the award agreements entered into thereunder, in each case, the form of which is included in the Plan Supplement in form and substance satisfactory to the Supporting Noteholders.
Key Employee Retention Agreements means key employee retention and bonus arrangements set out in Section 1.1(eeeee) of the Disclosure Letter;

  • Executive Severance Plan means the Company’s Senior Executive Employee Severance Pay Plan, as in effect from time to time.

  • Non-Key Employee means any Employee who is not a Key Employee.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and
