Key Positions definition

Key Positions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
Key Positions means Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer of the Community Organizations
Key Positions means the eight (8) positions, listed below in respect of each type of work:

  • The individuals filling the Key Positions shall perform the Services for the period of time and at the level of dedication set forth in Exhibit 5 for the applicable Key Position.

More Definitions of Key Positions

Key Positions means the key executive positions in the Company, including the following:

Key Positions means the following positions: Group President-Media; Group President-ibusinesses; Group President-Strategic Consulting; Chief Operating Officer-North America; Chief Operating Officer-International; and Technology Lead of Systems Integration Group. Such option, if approved by the Board, will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, any amendments thereto, and the Company's corresponding grant to you.
Key Positions means the positions within the EDS account team under each Transaction Document, listed on Schedule T to each Transaction Document.
