Key Senior Management definition

Key Senior Management means individuals holding executive positions with significant decision-making authority in the Group and/or holding substantial influence over the Group's operations and strategic direction as may be determined by the Board from time to time.
Key Senior Management or “KSM” means the highest level of management in the Group, including C-suite employees who are not on the BOD and any other persons whom the BOD shall consider as being a Key Senior Management.
Key Senior Management means Mr. Lorenzo Delpani, Mr. Hans Marteau, Mr. Martín García, Mr. Sennen Pamich, Mr. Javier Asarta, Mr. Jordi Puntes, Mr. Roberto Simón and any other Person mutually agreed by the Sellers and the Purchaser from time to time.
