Day Worker means a person who works his/her ordinary hours from Monday to Friday, inclusive, and who commences work on such days at or after 5.30 a.m. and before 10.00 a.m., otherwise than as part of a shift system.
Shift Worker means a worker who is not a day worker as defined.

casual worker means a worker engaged by the hour and who may be dismissed or leave the employer's service at any moment without notice and except as hereinafter provided shall not be engaged for more than 30 hours per week in ordinary hours.
Workers compensation benefits” means:
outworker means a person to whom articles or materials are given out to be made up, cleaned, washed, altered, ornamented, finished or repaired, or adapted for sale in his own home or on other premises not under the control or management of the person who gave out the materials or articles;
Emergency worker means any person who is registered with a local emergency management organization or the department and holds an identification card issued by the local emergency management director or the department for the purpose of engaging in authorized emergency management activities or is an employee of the state of Washington or any political subdivision thereof who is called upon to perform emergency management activities.
Direct care worker means a paid individual who provides direct, personal care services to persons with disabilities or the elderly requiring long-term care (see also the definition of long-term care worker, which includes direct care workers).
seasonal worker means a worker who has been paid wages by a seasonal employer for work performed only during the normal seasonal work period.
Farmworker means Farmworker as defined in Section 420.503, F.S.
Health care worker means a person other than a health care professional who provides medical, dental, or other health-related care or treatment under the direction of a health care professional with the authority to direct that individual's activities, including medical technicians, medical assistants, dental assistants, orderlies, aides, and individuals acting in similar capacities.
Volunteer worker means a person who is not your "employee", and who donates his or her work and acts at the direction of and within the scope of duties determined by you, and is not paid a fee, salary or other compensation by you or anyone else for their work performed for you.
Homecare Worker means a provider, as described in OAR 411-031- 0040, that is directly employed by a consumer to provide either hourly or live-in services to the eligible consumer.

Leased worker means a person leased to you by a labor leasing firm under an agreement between you and the labor leasing firm, to perform duties related to the conduct of your business. "Leased worker" does not include a "temporary worker".
Contractor Key Personnel means the Contractor Project Manager and those Project Staff members identified as “Key Personnel” as set forth in a Statement of Work.
Farmworker Household means a household of one or more persons wherein at least one member of the household is a Farmworker at the time of initial occupancy.
Commercial Fishing Worker means Commercial fishing worker as defined in Section 420.503, F.S.

Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.
Community health worker means an individual who:
Mental Health Worker means an individual that assists in planning, developing and evaluating mental health services for Clients; provides liaison between Clients and service providers; and has obtained a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field such as psychology, counseling, or social work, or has two years of experience providing client related services to Clients experiencing mental health, drug abuse or alcohol disorders. Education in a behavioral science field such as psychology, counseling, or social work may be substituted for up to one year of the experience requirement.
Prime Contractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a prime Contractor.
Contractor employee means prime Contractor and subcontractor employees who require agency access to perform work under a CMS contract.
