Knowledge of the Transferors definition

Knowledge of the Transferors or “Transferors’ Knowledge” means the actual knowledge of any of the Transferor Parties, after a reasonable investigation of the surrounding circumstances.
Knowledge of the Transferors or words of similar import, means the actual knowledge, without duty of inquiry, of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Madison Xxxxx or Xxxxxxx Xxxxx.
