Labor Agreements definition

Labor Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.22.
Labor Agreements mean any and all Contracts, collective bargaining agreements and other labor agreements between any of the Companies or the Sellers on behalf of the Business, on the one hand, and any certified or lawfully recognized labor organization representing Business Employees employed by any of the Companies, on the other hand.
Labor Agreements means the collective bargaining agreements between Operator and local labor unions with respect to the operation of the Facility or the maintenance thereof.

Labor Agreements of a Person shall mean, collectively, (i) all employment agreements, collective bargaining agreements or other agreements concerning terms and conditions of employment to which that Person is a party; (ii) all pension, profit sharing, deferred compensation, bonus, stock option, stock purchase, savings, retainer, consulting, retirement, welfare, severance, change in control or incentive plans or contracts (including, in the case of the Company, Company Benefit Plans) to which that Person is a party; and (iii) all plans or agreements under which “fringe benefits” (including, but not limited to, hospitalization plans or programs, medical insurance, vacation plans or programs, sick plans or programs and related benefits) are afforded to any employees of that Person.
