Launch Campaign definition

Launch Campaign means the activities and discussions leading up to and including Payload to Launch Vehicle integration at the Launch Site through Launch.
Launch Campaign means, with respect to a Satellite, those services provided by Contractor in support of each Launch mission prior to Launch, including packing and shipping the Satellite in an environmentally controlled container to the Designated Launch Site, procuring and maintaining all-risk ground insurance up to, but not including, Launch (as required by Article 25 (Insurance)), providing high-pressure injection of propellant into the Satellite's fuel tanks, configuring the Satellite so as to render it Ready for Launch, Launch Vehicle Interface Activities, and assisting the Launch Agency in assuring the Satellite is properly integrated with the Launch Vehicle, all as further defined in Exhibit B (SOW).
Launch Campaign means the period beginning at the arrival of the Satellite(s) to the Launch Site and ending at the moment of departure of GLLC's and/or its Associate's ground equipment. Launch Day or Day means a calendar day (established for the Launch pursuant to this Agreement) within the Launch Slot during which the Launch is scheduled to occur. Launch Opportunity means the availability to GLLC within a Launch Period or Launch Slot of a Launch on a Soyuz Launch Vehicle of the GLLC Satellite(s). Such availability is linked to the time required to complete the mission analysis studies and to select the Launch Vehicle/Satellite(s)configuration. Launch Period or Period means a period of THREE (3) consecutive months.

Examples of Launch Campaign in a sentence

  • Opportunities All Customer and Contractor requests for adjustment of the Launch Campaign Period, or the Launch Slot or Launch Date, shall be made by giving written notice to the other Party in accordance with Section 8.3. The Parties will cooperate in good faith to adjust the Launch Campaign Period or select a new Launch Slot or Launch Date, as applicable.

Launch Campaign the complex of activities to be carried out by Parties’ representatives during shipment of Payload and Customer’s Equipment to Launch Site, and at Launch Site for preparation and implementation of Launch as well as after Launch. Start of Launch Campaign shall be defined as arrival of Payload and Customer’s Equipment at Airport. Launch Day: a calendar day within Launch Period on which Launch is scheduled in accordance with Paragraph 5.3. Launch Failure: (1) unsuccessful orbital injection of Payload by Launch Vehicle that causes (i) Payload to be destroyed or lost, or (ii) Payload could not be separated from Launch Vehicle; (2) injection of Payload into an orbit with the parameters which exceed maximum allowable deviations specified in ICD.

Related to Launch Campaign

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Product Labeling means, with respect to a Licensed Product in a country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, (a) the Regulatory Authority‑approved full prescribing information for such Licensed Product for such country or other jurisdiction, including any required patient information, and (b) all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a container, wrapper, or any package insert utilized with or for such Licensed Product in such country or other jurisdiction.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Clinical Study means a Phase I Study, Phase II Study, Phase III Study, as applicable.

  • Marketing Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Spacecraft (9) means active and passive satellites and space probes.
