LEASE TERM AND RENT. The term of the lease of the Equipment described in each Schedule ("Lease Term") commences on the date stated in the Schedule and continues for the term stated therein. As rent for the Equipment described in each Schedule, Lessee shall pay Lessor the rent payments and all other amounts stated in such Schedule, payable on the dates specified therein. All payments due under the Lease shall be made in United States dollars at Lessor's office stated in the opening paragraph or as otherwise directed by Lessor in writing.

LEASE TERM AND RENTThe term ("Lease Term") will begin on _ _ (“Lease Commencement Date”), and procede on a monthly basis ending________. The total rent for this Lease Term shall be payable as follows: $1,100.00 due in subsequent installments of due on the FIRST (1st) day of each calendar month thereafter without notice, demand or offset. If this Lease is extended month-to-month, forty-five (45) days prior written notice by either party shall be required to terminate this Lease. This notice shall be received no later than the first day of the month and the tenancy shall terminate on the fifteen or last day of the month, whichever date is at least forty-five days or more from receipt of notice.
LEASE TERM AND RENT. 1. The office premises leased by Party A to Party B are located on the 7th floor of the Wenxin Book Building, Nx. 000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, with a total area of 1,132 square meters. 2. The lease term is five (5) years and two (2) months, commencing on May 15, 2022, and expiring on July 14, 2027. Upon the execution of this Agreement, Party B shall be entitled to begin the renovation of the leased premises. The period from May 15, 2022, to July 14, 2022, shall be considered as a rent-free renovation period.
LEASE TERM AND RENT. This Lease Agreement shall commence on the first day of the month written above and shall continue from month-to-month for so long as the monthly payment is timely received. LEASE TERM AND RENT a. Unless otherwise modified or terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, the Term shall be for twelve (12) months. The Term will be automatically renewed for the same period, except, DRHA may not renew the Lease if any adult household member has violated the requirement for performance of community service or participation in an economic self- sufficiency program. Rent shall remain in effect unless adjusted by DRHA in accordance with Paragraph 6 of Part II or other applicable provisions of this Lease. When DRHA makes any change in the amount of Rent, DRHA shall give written notice to Resident. The notice shall state the new amount, and the date from which the new amount is applicable. Rent redeterminations are subject to the Administrative Grievance Procedure. The notice shall also state that Resident may ask for an explanation of how the amount is computed by DRHA. If Resident asks for an explanation, DRHA shall respond in a reasonable time. [966.4 (c)(4)] c. Use and Occupancy of Dwelling: Resident shall have the right to exclusive use and occupancy of the leased Unit by Resident and other household members listed on Part I the Lease, including reasonable accommodation of their guests. [966.4(d)]. The head of household is responsible for the conduct of visitors and guests or any Other Person Under Resident’s Control, inside the unit as well as anywhere on or near DRHA premises. [966.4(f)] With the prior written consent of DRHA, members of the household may engage in legal profit making activities in the Unit. [966.4(d)(1) & (2)] This provision permits reasonable accommodation of Resident’s guests or visitors for a period no longer than fourteen (14) consecutive days or a total of thirty (30) cumulative calendar days during any twelve (12) month period. A Resident’s family must notify DRHA when overnight guests will be staying in the unit more than three (3) days. Permission may be granted, upon written request to the Manager, for an extension of this provision. LEASE TERM AND RENTThe lease term is one (1) year, from January 18 2011 to January 17 2012 (“Lease Term”). The rent is RMB 568,000 (“Rent”). On signing this Agreement, Party B shall pay RMB 100,000, and the remaining part equal to RMB 468,000 should be fully paid at one time when Party B moves into the Premises (no later than the end of January 2011).

The Warrant shall be exercisable at any time during a five (5)-year term, commencing on the first Commencement Date, and ending on the fifth year anniversary date of such Commencement Date, at a per share purchase price of THREE DOLLARS ($3.00) per share. (c) All payments due under the Lease shall be made in United States dollars to Lessor as directed by Lessor in writing.
