Leasing program definition

Leasing program means those programs operated by the Geneva Housing Authority that are broadly included within the Section 8 Program or the tenant-based program, whether it be for certificates or vouchers. Unless otherwise noted, the provisions contained herein shall apply equally to both the "Leasing" and the "Conventional" programs of the Authority.
