Legal aid work means the provision of legal services as an Independent Children’s Lawyer or as a Separate Representative by a practitioner at the request of or referral from, Legal Aid Queensland.

Legal aid work means the provision of legal services to a legally assisted person by, or by a relevant person on behalf of, a preferred supplier at the request of or referral from, Legal Aid Queensland: Legal assistance means ‘legal assistance’, as defined in the Act.
