Letter of Completion definition

Letter of Completion means a Departmental statement which indicates whether the property in question has met the soil remediation standards set forth in this Article.

Letter of Completion means evidence issued by the city’s building division that construction authorized by a building permit has been substantially completed where: (ai) uses are not determined at time of building permit application and the building permit authorizes construction of core and shell only; or (bii) the permit authorizes an expansion or remodel for an existing use, with no change in use.
