Eligible Work definition

Eligible Work means financial costs associated with Maintenance of an Eligible Heritage Property and for which there is documentation and/or any work which conserves or enhances the character defining elements of the Eligible Heritage Property, including but not limited to: the conservation of existing elements; the reconstruction of existing features that are beyond repair or conservation; and the accurate reproduction of significant features which no longer exist, but for which clear documentary material exists. Any work which seeks to conserve the character defining elements of a property must be performed in accordance with a permit issued pursuant to the Ontario Heritage Act to qualify as Eligible Work under this By-law. The reproduction of significant features may include, but is not limited to:
Eligible Work for a taxation year means property that is a work published by a corporation, in respect of which the corporation holds, for the year, a favourable advance ruling or a certificate given or issued, as the case may be, by the Société de développement des entreprises culturelles for the purposes of this division ;
Eligible Work means Eligible Work as defined in Appendix A.

Examples of Eligible Work in a sentence

  • No costs incurred prior to the Eligible Work Start Date are eligible for reimbursement.

  • As to each item of Inventory that is identified by Borrowers as Eligible Finished Goods Inventory, Eligible Work in Process Inventory, or Eligible Raw Materials Inventory in a Borrowing Base Certificate submitted to Agent, such Inventory is (a) of good and merchantable quality, free from known defects, and (b) not excluded as ineligible by virtue of one or more of the excluding criteria (other than any Agent-discretionary criteria) set forth in the definition of “Eligible Inventory”.

  • The Recipient represents, warrants, and commits to the following as of the Eligible Work Start Date and continuing thereafter for the term of this Agreement, which shall be at least until the Records Retention End Date.

  • Project Costs incurred prior to the Eligible Work Start Date of this Agreement will not be reimbursed.

  • Using these guidelines, FEMA determines if the various components are eligible for disaster assistance (see also Eligible Applicants, Eligible Costs, Eligible Facility and Eligible Work).


More Definitions of Eligible Work

Eligible Work means the work on the property as determined by the Executive Director to be eligible for consideration pursuant to the City’s Heritage Incentive Policy (approved August 25, 2014), and which corresponds with the Conservation Plan presented to the Finance and Administration Committee on September 10, 2019, which work is generally described in Schedule A to this Agreement.
Eligible Work means the work on the property as determined by the Executive Director to be eligible for consideration pursuant to the City’s Heritage Incentive Policy and which corresponds with the eligible work items presented to the Finance and Administration Committee on January 15, 2020, which work is generally described in Schedule A to this Agreement.
Eligible Work shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.01(b).
Eligible Work means as under:
Eligible Work. In-Process Container Inventory" - Eligible Goods Inventory, valued at cost, consisting of : (a) new and used manufactured or remanufactured portable containers, which is in the work-in-process phase of manufacturing; (b) shaped steel component parts; or (c) sub-assemblies and which are located on the Restatement Date or thereafter at Borrower's Maricopa facility or at such other facility of Borrower or a Guarantor as to which Borrower and the Guarantors implement after the Restatement Date a perpetual inventory accounting system comparable to that of the Maricopa facility. "Environmental Laws" - all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, orders and consent decrees relating to pollution or the protection of the environment.
Eligible Work means the work on the Property approved under the Revitalization Incentive Policy and described in Schedule A;
